Michelle and Jared knew exactly what they wanted for their Halloween-inspired wedding celebration, and they set to making it themselves. They married Oct. 19, 2012, at a farm in Harwood, Anne Arundel County. “We love fall, Halloween, loud music, antiques, lots of black, good food, and good times,” Michelle said. “No theme needed in our eyes.”
They made everything. Michelle shopped thrift stores for unique brooches to make her bouquet. The groomsmen wore personalized shirts, and artist Jared painted a coffin decoration.
Then, the rain came, creating some of the most memorable moments of the night. “We had no cover but it did not stop anyone,” Michelle said. “We danced, we sang, had an awesome food fight, and it all made for an amazing time and pictures no one will ever forget.”
